DIY Desk Organizer with the Tray

The desk organizer is quite useful to put away many little things on your desk so that your desk won't be in a mess. You can even make the desk organizer by yourself.


1. Cut down the wood piece to snugly inside the upside down wood canvas. Sand down all the pieces.

2. Add your lettering and paint before the wood is attached.

3. Mark the holes at the top of the basswood block.

4. Use the householdrill to drill the holes for the crayons or other supplies. After you drill one hole mark your bit with tape or Sharpie so you can drill the rest of them exactly the same depth. Then use a sanding block to smooth all your edges.

All done! Now put all your pens, scissors or some other little things into this personalized desk organizer.
