DIY an Easy Bookmark

 Sometimes, though, all those craft supplies can seem much more attractive neatly organizes in the closet, than they do strewn in industrial quantities across our dining room table. What I want to show is that while big ambitious projects can be hugely satisfying, sometimes you can muster just enough energy for something a little more manageable.


 That’s why we will love these new bookmarks we create. And if you choose some bright colors and the right buttons, these are perfect little gifts for New Year!

 Materials:
 1 giant (4″) paper clip
 1 shank button (You can choose whatever you want.)
 A hot glue gun

 Instructions:

 1.Slip the button onto the paper clip and slide it until it is sitting at the top of the clip.(Make sure the paper clip is oriented the way it appears in the picture below.)

 2.Apply a small dot of glue to the top of the paper clip, and firmly press the button against the clip to secure in place.

 Believe it or not, that’s all there is to it.
